Charming stay in the heart of Salvador
We enjoyed our stay ! The spacious room was a great retreat after exploring the lively plaza. The staff surprised us with a lovely birthday gesture, made our day extra special. Breakfast offerings included refreshing local fruits and delicious breads. Avoid late-night walks in the area.

Beautiful antique colonial design, very large room (luxury room), staff very helpful.
Wireless Internet didn't work in the room because of some kind of special security protocol on the second floor only. Had to go to reception area to connect with a normal protocol. Internet being very important to me, I had to change hotels, since the hotel staff didn't really understand what to do.

Perfect for a group getaway
We really enjoyed the charming garden and the little pool it had, gave us a nice relaxing spot to unwind. The breakfast was excellent, staff brought everything to our table like royalty, fresh fruit, and pastries, no buffet nonsense.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still reasonable for what you get.

Had a fab stay during our two nights stay, everything was awesome. All of the staff were fabulous, fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and excellent with great coffee, homemade cakes and eggs to order, and the restaurant's offer was appetising! The hotel was set in a very central area so close to a colonial palace, the restaurant and the most magnificent churches. It also was in historic center ' Pelourinho ' of Salvador.

Amazing location right in the heart of the historic center with live music and delicious fresh breakfast 💖! The only downside was the air conditioning not cooling properly at night. Still, a fantastic experience overall!

Excellent and perfect location - near Fundacao Casa de Jorge Amado Archive. Thoughtful, knowledgeable staff, delicious breakfast. Pleasantly decorated and reasonably large room with a lot of space.
Very small bathroom.

I loved this place! What didn't I like is probably a better question. I loved the theme of the style of the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were so delicious, but way too much for me to devour. I had dinner there one night, and again, they did not disappoint. My room was fabulous, good size. My bathtub was the best. I did enjoy a bath all stretched out. Wish I had more time to spend there.
The only thing I would say is a negative is the price. I think it could be a little lower. Otherwise, no other negatives.

It was just a reliable pick for shopping in Salvador with fantastic value. The room was spacious with a big tub and separate shower. Tip, earplugs may help if you're sensitive to noise from nearby festivities.

It is located in a very old renovated villa and reflects its past in itts decor and design without giving up comfort and modern facilities. It is in the heart of the heart of the city. We were there in the days of the Carnival and the carnival was around us.

The staff was really helpful and available for anything we might need. The room, the lobby made me feel at home. The decoration of the room was really cosy and there was a friendly atmosphere. I still have in mind the smiles of the staff at the welcome desk and in my mouth the taste of the fruit juice we drank while registering. It is ideally located to visit the old part of the city. Thank you.
